Edgar Peña Parra, Substitute for General Affairs, the Holy Father Francis authorized the Dicastery for the Causes of Saints to promulgate a number of Decrees, including the heroic virtues of the Servant of God Cunegonda Siwiec, a faithful laywoman, member of the Secular Order of Discalced Carmelites (OCDS), born May 28, 1876 in Stryszawa - Siwcówka (Poland) and died there on June 27, 1955.
